In short: Only upload photos of rooms you have the right to use.

Please do not upload:

• Photos of people, unless they have agreed and the photo is not the point of the image.
• Photos of someone else’s home or property without their permission.
• Anything illegal, explicit, hateful or harmful.
• Images you do not have the right to use, such as another person’s copyrighted work.

In short: AI results are inspiration. Do not present them as something they are not.

Do not use the service to make misleading content, such as passing off a render as a finished building, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Renders are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

In short: Do not break it, scrape it at scale or work around its limits.

Do not try to extract our models or prompts, overload the service, bypass limits or watermarks, or use it to build a competing product.

In short: We may remove content or limit access if these rules are broken.

We use automated checks and respond to reports. We may remove an image, refuse a request, or limit or end access where the rules are broken. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look again.
